Time to pray!

Hi my friends! It has been a long day! School, groceries, lunch, ( I ate some killer grilled shrimp, just had to say that!) came home and we had the wonderful opportunity to Skype with a church in Oklahoma. It was fun! We were able to tell them what we are doing here and try to help them understand more about M in general. Now here is where it gets kinda funny. Greg had invited some people over for a time of prayer. He said there would probably be 5 or 6 people come. So I thought, NO problem, as soon as we are done with our Skype interview we will have about 15 minutes to get ready for them. HA HA HA HA! Can you hear me laughing out loud? Well they arrived early,(which is a miracle in itself!) as we were finishing our Skype conversation and I thought, still no biggie, it is only 5 people. HA HA HA HA!

Please help me to remember to always plan for many more than my husband tells me are coming. After everyone was here we had 22 people in our home. Heehee. It was fine but it wasn't the few I had planned on. Of course how can I complain when they were all there to pray? It really was awesome to see. I mean these people were pouring their hearts out in prayer! It was a great way for all of us to talk about how we as a team can try to reach each village. There were 5 different villages represented here and we are trying to use each person to help us reach more in those villages. It is so cool to see!

One of our prayer concerns right now is we really have no water. Now when we moved here in June we went through this but it was for a different reason. Then there was water, there just wasn't enough pressure to get it up to our tank. Now we have NO water. That means that we can't find it anywhere. A pipe has broken somewhere and we don't know when it will be fixed. We are suffering now! So please pray we will get water soon! REALLY soon! Thanks!! Love you all !! Missy

After we prayed we all sat around and ate bread and drank coffee. (Well, I had milk!) ;o)

Jerod and Alex are having fun teaching some of our friends how to play Chess.

This is a pastor of a nearby church and his wife. He has been a true blessing to have nearby!

Me and my honey!

The faucet is on and we are sad!

We are trying to catch all of our rainwater but it isn't raining that much. ;o(

The outside spigot is dry as a bone too!

Here is half of the laundry we have and we are out of clean....;o)

So now you get the urgency of prayer huh?
