Change of Scenery...

Hi friends,

Over the past 4 months we have been living in my parent's home. I cannot express to you the enormous blessing this has been to our family. You see, their house had been on the market for about 10 months and they hadn't had much luck selling it. It is a beautiful home, in a wonderful neighborhood; however everyone that looked at their home  always seemed to find one thing that their home lacked. So their home sat on the market. I told my father I would pray that it would sell at just the right time. When our lives took this little detour, my parents took their home off the market. Little did I know that our Father who is perfect in every way was keeping their home from selling so that we could have a place to call home during this chapter of our lives. Now I am getting ever so restless to tell my parents that they can put their home back on the market. I am growing very impatient with God's plan for our lives. I want so badly to know what our future holds so that we can continue with the work that He has planned for us wherever that may be. Please pray for us as we continue to wait on guidance from God and our organization as to what we will be doing in the future. Please also pray for Greg's next MRI results on April 7th.

I have found that a change of scenery is definitely one of God's many blessings. Last week was Spring break for our kids. We wanted to make some fun memories with the kids, and my uncle offered to let us stay in his home at the beach. (Thanks Uncle Billy and Aunt Ann!) So we headed to the beach for a week of making memories. We bought a lot of VHS movies for 50 cents each and we made lots of really good recipes you see on those short little FB videos. It was a perfect week in every way except for gaining weight! ;o) We are so grateful to all of our family and friends who continue to bless us. We love you all! Enjoy the pictures... there are a lot for those who like pictures!

The water was freezing and Max was not too sure about it.

I have learned that Mks don't care how cold water is, they love it!

Max LOVED the beach!

Jerod brought his cutie patooty girlfriend, Bri. She fits in so well with our family b/c she is just as goofy as we are! (Jerod was concentrating on flexing his muscles here! heehee!)

One of our first fun meals was made by Jerod and Bri. Quesadilla burgers.

They were delish!

Annie brought her friend, Ila. They had so much fun collecting shells and just being 12!

Greg enjoyed EVERYTHING!!

I was even blessed with precious time with my old childhood friend, Angie Dye.
We had some a sweet time together, another of God's blessings!

I know He looks amazing, and He really is.
However, I fear you will see these and stop praying.
I beg you to keep praying for Greg/us. All that stupid cancer needs is one tiny cell to survive, so please pray that every single cell has been destroyed and that GOD's amazing power will be seen by everyone who sees Greg.

I fall more in love everyday.

I love these girls. They are truly adorable!

We had a great time!

Thank you all for following us on this crazy journey we are on!
