Fun TImes!

This past week we met Greg's family in Nuevo Vallarta for a week of pure fun! We returned to the same resort where we vacationed 5 years ago. We ate awesome food, played fun games, watched movies, played in the second largest pool in all of Latin America, swam with sea lions, laughed a lot and had some wonderful time of rest. This was at an island called Las Calitas and it was so fun. We went there 5 years ago as well  and it is definitely the place to go!

Annie has a lot of artistic talent. She met this artist at an open market and they became fast friends. 

Emily, Caroline, Annie, Jerod and I had lots of fun swimming with Jenny the sea lion.

Annie was a little scared, so I had to coax her a little.

This was her final kiss. Greg didn't swim with the sea lions, he was just there to watch. So he got a kiss for being so patient! 

Aunt Jenny blessed Caroline and Annie with getting braids in their hair. This was when Caroline was getting her braid. 

This was a sweet indigenous man who asked for prayer. His name was Felix and he made Annie a WWJD bracelet. That sparked the conversation about what Jesus would do in different circumstances. That is when he openly asked for prayer. Amazing the opportunities we are given if only we are available to take them. Bless Annie's little heart, she sat and listened for about 45 minutes while he talked about his life. 

This was how we traveled throughout the week. That is how we roll in Mexico!

We ate at the "Greatest pancake house ever!" It was really good!

I have been after Greg for 21 years to teach me tennis. However, there has never been a good time. Babies, Costa Rica, village life, so on vacation I got my first lesson. Had a great time and hope to learn more from time to time. 

This was 5 years ago. 

We have moved up from Elmo to Sponge Bob. 

They don't cook fish like this in the US!
