Time is flying!

Hi friends! I know I have been horrible about posting on here. I really feel like I am running 90 miles an hour all the time. Oh the joys of America. We have just gotten back from spending the weekend in the Rock Hill, SC / Charlotte, NC area. I spoke at a women's meeting on Saturday morning and really enjoyed that! We have been given the privilege of getting to know the people at Eastway Baptist in Charlotte and they allowed me to share for 2 hours on Saturday. TWO hours! Sometimes we are told we have 1 minute other times, 10-15 minutes, but TWO HOURS was incredible! What a blessing these precious women were to me. I was thinking I wouldn't have enough to say in TWO hours but.... I ran out of time! :o) Most of you who know me well are probably not surprised by this.

Then Greg was given the opportunity to share with the congregation on Sunday morning. He did some great Bible storying and told stories about our people as well. He has a gift of being able to weave our village stories into his sermon. It was awesome. We have enjoyed getting to know their pastor and his wife. She was the perfect example of what a pastor's wife should be like, she encouraged me just by being in her presence. I hope that I can do that for someone someday.

I have been so busy trying to keep up with everything ~ I have so much I need to do before we make our next move. Every weekend we have something planned. It is really ridiculous. This weekend I will have the chance to share at a women's tea at the church we have been attending. They haven't heard anything about our life in Mexico so I am going to do my best to share the most important parts about our life there. Any ideas on what that might be? I mean, to me it is all interesting but I need to pack a lot into 30 minutes. If you knew NOTHING about what I do, where I serve or the people I serve, what things would you want me to talk about? I am open to suggestions! I love you all and will upload photos soon. Missy
